4. No Guarantee of Test Results
While we strive to provide the highest quality driving instruction, we do not guarantee that
any student will pass their driving test (theory or practical). Test results are
determined solely by the relevant government authority and are subject to the student's individual
performance on the day of examination.
We shall not be held liable for any failed tests, additional fees incurred from retesting, or any
consequential damages arising from test results.
5. Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed upon acknowledgment via WhatsApp or our online form.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or
no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel lessons due to adverse weather, vehicle issues, or
instructor availability, with reasonable notice.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment details and package pricing are communicated prior to booking.
- Fees are non-refundable once a training session has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in
writing.
- Package prices are subject to change without prior notice. Existing bookings will not be
affected by price changes.
7. Student Responsibilities
Students must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age required by UAE law for the relevant license
category).
- Provide valid identification and any required documentation before commencing lessons.
- Attend lessons sober and free from the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Follow the instructor's guidance during all training sessions.
- Comply with all UAE traffic laws and regulations at all times.
- Independently verify all licensing information, procedures, and requirements
with official government authorities before taking any action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law:
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
